Our Advocates Customer Care team holds live web-based training sessions every Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday at 1:00PM EST.
To access the training-
- Go to https://sterlingts.zoom.us/j/3479656425
- You can download & run the Zoom application, or you can join directly from your internet browser.
- Enter your name and click on the “Join” button. You will be connected automatically once the Host has joined!
These sessions are a great opportunity for new users to learn how to navigate the dashboard, or even for current users to get a refresher.
