In order to limit the spread of COVID-19, the following U.S. Jurisdictions have announced they will be temporarily closing their courthouses. Please be advised that a courthouse closure does not necessarily mean there will be an impact in screening services. Sterling Volunteers continues to fulfill 85% of court record data electronically, using our proprietary CourtDirectTM automation technology, so our clients should experience minimal impact. However, if a search cannot be completed due to a court closure, the search will be closed indicating, “This search cannot be fulfilled at this time as the court is temporarily closed.”
