As of July 1, 2020, Sterling Volunteers has new file storage time limits – now seven years from the date that record is received – for all U.S. clients. Any client records that exceed this seven-year period will be permanently deleted.
It is the Client’s responsibility to ensure they have requested or downloaded all necessary records from the Organization Dashboard prior to the seven-year expiration period.
